Three countries, one laptop

I was born and raised in Laos with a French passport, studied in New Zealand, and now build from Bali. People ask if moving that much makes it harder to build things. It is the opposite.

Moving strips things down

Every move forces you to decide what actually matters. You cannot carry everything, so you carry what works. Products are the same. Most features are furniture you are dragging between houses for no reason.

The useful discomfort

Being the foreigner everywhere keeps you honest. You never assume people think like you, so you ask more, watch more, and explain things more simply. That habit turns out to be most of marketing.

Home is not an address. It is a laptop with my projects on it and my wife nearby.
